found this in Missori Life. tryed it but felt like some thing was missing. so i added the mushrooms. just what it needed.

4 cups c
fresh corn. right off the cobb/ can use frozen
4 c
fresh tomatoes.diced
2 8oz. pkg
buttonmushrooms.washed.and sliced
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
suger
2 c
italian bread crumbs. plus more for top
3 Tbsp
real butter.plus more for the top

Directions Step-By-Step

preheat oven to 350.
combine all ingredients.in a large mixing bowl.
pour mixture into a large backing dish. greased.
spread bread crumbs over the top.
put pads of butter over top. spaced evenly.bake for 30 minutes
