This was one of my Mom's favorite recipes. She passed away in 2001, but left me with many great recipes to remember her by.

Ingredients For baked corn casserole

1 cancream style corn
-
1 canwhole corn (do not drain)

1 - 8 oz pkgsour cream
-
1 stickbutter (melted)
-
3 to 4 Tbspsugar

2eggs (beaten)
-
1 pkgjiffy cornbread mix (add last)
How To Make baked corn casserole

1Mix all ingredients together and add the Jiffy cornbread mix last.

2Put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish.

3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick in the middle of casserole comes out clean. ENJOY!!
