baby brussels, ends cut and brown leaves removed
Place ghee and bacon in large skillet and set temp to medium high. Cook bacon in ghee until it crisps. Remove bacon and set aside to use in something else.
Add Brussels and fry for 2 minutes, moving and turning the entire time.
After 2 minutes, remove from ghee and place in a strainer to drain.
Press garlic through garlic press and add to the brussels. Add a bit of salt flakes and toss to coat.
