ASPARAGAS WITH BUTTERED PECANS BY Freda

- 2 lbs
- fresh asparagas
- 6-8 Tbs
- butter, (please,not margarine)
- 1/2 C
- pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbs
- lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
1Cook Asparagas in Boiling water 8 minutes, Drain.
2Melt Butter in small saucepan,
Cook and stir Until butter and Nuts are Golden Brown on Med Heat.
(DO NOT OVER COOK AND BURN THE BUTTER)
3Add Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper.
Spoon over warm Asparagas, and serve.
