Apple-Lime Peanut Slaw-Annette's

Annette W.

A little sweet, a little sour, a little Indian flare, a little Thai and a lot of crunch. This recipe goes great with Chicken, Pork or Steak. Want an afternoon snack? It's perfect for that too!

Recipe is my own.

granny smith apples, cored and sliced into thin matchsticks
1/4 c
roasted peanuts
extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk the honey, lime juice and spices together in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in enough extra-virgin olive oil to emulsify the dressing. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
