Over the years as many friends have asked for the recipe I get phone calls here and there from people telling me what other 2's(such as 2 eggs,2 jalapenos,2 cups of cheese,2 tsp vanilla extract,2 chopped scallions,2 tablespoons flour,etc) they have tried in the recipe as add ins and tell me they couldn't believe how good it was.
whole kernel corn,drained well(14 oz size)

jiffy corn muffin mix
8oz containers sour cream(of course you can use one 16oz,i was just trying to keep it all 2's so it is easy to remember)
1Preheat oven to 350*.
2Mix everything together and pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.
3Bake for about an hour until center is set(not liquidy looking when you tap the pan).
