Vegetable Casserole

This recipe can be made the day before and cooked before serving. Very popular and easy dish for potlucks.
I use ritz crackers but soda crackers work well to.

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
frozen mixed vegetables
1 c
cheese, shredded
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
onion diced
1/2 c
celery diced
3/4 c
butter, melted
1/4 c
butter, melted
1 c
ritz crackers crushed

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9x13 baking dish.
2Combine vegetables, cheese, mayo, onion and celery. Pour into baking dish and top with the 3/4 cup melted butter.
3Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top.
4Bake for 35 mins.
