Ingredients

1 pkg
(10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1
container (16 ounce) sour cream
1 can(s)
(3 ounce) french fried onion rings
1 can(s)
(4 ounce) chopped mushrooms, drained and sauteed
1 pkg
(8 ounce) cheddar cheese, shredded
3
eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix spinach, sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and half of french fried onion rings in mixing bowl.
Empty into greased 2 quart baking dish or a 9 inch pie pan.
2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
3Top with remaining french fried onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more.
