Ingredients

2 lb
mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 1/2 stick
butter
1/2 c
cabernet sauvignon
2 tsp
garlic, minced
fresh herbs minced, any herb of your choice

Step-By-Step

1Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter until browned.
2Add red wine and simmer.
3Serve hot.
