PIZZA STYLE SQUASH

- spaghett squash
- 1 jar(s)
- pizza sauce
- 1 pkg
- sliced pepperoni
- 1 c
- mozzerella cheese
- 1/2 c
- parmesan cheese
1Slice squash lengthwise.
Scoop out seeds.
Coat inside and outside with oil.
2Bake 350, cut-side down on a foil-lined sheet, until squash is tender and pliable when pushed with your finger.
Cool slightly; then use fork to scrape inside of squash to release "spaghetti" strands.
3Spread pizza sauce over squash (which is still inside the squash shell.) Cover sauce with mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni slices on top; then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Broil until pepperoni is crunchy and cheese is melted.
Serve with slotted spoon to remove individual portions.
NOTE: You may need to use a sharp knife to cut through cheese.
