Kiley's Karrots (Carrots)

- carrots, cut into medallions
- olive oil
- white vinegar
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- 1/8 small
- onion (or a little less), minced very fine
- 1 tsp
- bread crumbs, italian flavored
- cinnamon (just a pinch, or two)
1(I did not see the exact measurements of ingredients she used, so just add to taste if the amount is not given.)
2Cook carrots in a saucepan until tender.
3Meanwhile, blend the rest of the ingredients well.
4Drain carrots and place in a bowl. Stir dressing & drizzle over top. Enjoy!
