- fresh green beans, broken
- 1 large
- tomato, diced
- 1/4 c
- diced onion
- 1 Tbsp
- cilantro, dried
1Place bean, tomato and onion in slow cooker. Cover with water.
2Cook on high for 10 to 12 hours (or over night).
3When beans are almost done, add cilantro and cook 30 minutes longer.
4IF YOU NEED THESE FASTER: Place all ingredients in a large pot or dutch oven. Cover with water.
5Bring to a boil. Cook 1 hour or until tender. Add water during cooking if needed.
