Place bean, tomato and onion in slow cooker. Cover with water.
Cook on high for 10 to 12 hours (or over night).
When beans are almost done, add cilantro and cook 30 minutes longer.
IF YOU NEED THESE FASTER: Place all ingredients in a large pot or dutch oven. Cover with water.
Bring to a boil. Cook 1 hour or until tender. Add water during cooking if needed.
