- carrots, peeled and sliced

- fresh dill, chopped
1Place water and carrots in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
2Cover and simmer until carrots are tender/crisp about 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
3In same pan, me;t butter. Add dill. Cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
4Return carrots to pan. Stir to coat.Cook until carrots are warm. Serve,
