Carrie's Southern Okra

Okra is a staple in the South especially when it is in season. We do it all kinds of ways, fried, stewed with tomatoes, pickled, sautéed, pretty much any way we can think of. Bubba thinks that okra is slimy so I've had to come up with ways to make it not slimy. This is one of the ways.

NOTE: Over-stirring and overcooking is the way okra gets slimy.
