This is very tasty and a different way to serve a vegetable side when we're all tired of boiled broccoli or canned green beans.

Ingredients

1 lb
fresh broccoli
1 pkg
(8 oz.) velveeta shreds
1
sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick
butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350

2Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and boil for just 2 minutes. Drain and put into a 9x9 glass casserole/baking dish.

3Mix velveeta with broccoli.

4Mix remaining cracker crumbs and spoon over broccoli mixture.

5Bake for 30 minutes.
