Baby Carrots With Brown Sugar And Mustard

- baby carrots
- 3 Tbsp
- unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp
- light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp
- grainy dijon mustard
1Blanch, steam, or microwave carrots until tender-crisp.
3Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.
4Stir in brown sugar and mustard to make a smooth sauce.
5Add carrots and toss to coat. Cook 1 minute longer.
