Tater Tot Casserole

- 2 lb. bag of frozen tater tots (any brand is fine).
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. 16oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick melted butter
1Pre-heat oven 350°
2In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except the corn flakes and butter.
3In a separate bowl combine:
Crushed corn flakes (easy to crush use same bowl and crush with a clean glass. Do not crush too fine keep a little chuncky) Add melted butter and stir with fork
4In an ungreassed 2 qt. Casserole dish add the Tater Tot mixture.
5Top with corn flake mixture and bake uncovered for 1 hr. Serve warm!
