2-3 small
pototes cubed
1 Tbsp
cooking oil
1-2 Tbsp
sofrito
1 pkg
chicken broth (1 goya packet)
1 pkg
beef (or pork) broth (1 goya packet)
1/2 can(s)
goya tomato paste
1 pkg
sazon
1 can(s)
beans (i use red kidney)
1/2 c
water
1 clove
garlic
1 can(s)
vienna sausage ( sliced ) (if you do not like to use can meats, you can use hot dog or even cooked cubed smoke sausage in place of the vienna sausage.)
3-4 c
cooked white rice

Directions Step-By-Step

Add all ingredients , simmer until potatoes are are at desired consistency

Serve over cooked white rice
