Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1
10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken,or mushroom soup
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
unsallted melted butter
3
medium russet potatoes peeled and diced
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

TOP

2 c
bells stuffing or your favorite stuffing mix
1/4 c
unsalted melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Mix the soup,sour cream,butter,onion, and salt in a bowl. combine well,and set aside.

2mix the potatoes with the shredded cheese. Place mixture on the bottom of crock pot.

3Pour the soup,sour cream mixture over the top of potato cheese mixture. Spread evenly.

Step 4 Direction Photo

4Sprinkle the stuffing mix on top of soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours,or high for 5-6 hours,or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6-8
