russet potatoes peeled and slice 1/4 inch thick
1 large
onion sliced into rings
1 stick
butter
8 oz
sour cream
1 pkg
onion soup mix
8 oz
cracker barrel sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz
cracker barrel vermont sharp cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Add butter to large skillet. Fry the potatoes and onion until browned and softened.
2Mix the sour cream with the onion soup mix. Add the cheeses and pour over potatoes. cook until cheese is a melted.
