I saw this potato recipe on UTube,it looked so good,I knew I'd like to make it for the seniors.I would be very careful with the salt,the dry soup is salty and depending on the broth,that can be salty a well.We often make our own broth without salt. Another thing I would change is removing the foil the last 10-15 mins to brown the potatoes,I think that would be more pleasing.

1 c chicken broth
2 envelopes lipton's dry onion soup
20 potatoes,washed ,cut into chunks
olive oil
salt & pepper ,to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350.Place enough oil to cover large baking dish.Place ingredients in dish,mix well to coat potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil.Bake 30 mins until tender.
