Ingredients

4 - 5 medium
sweet potatoes, peeled and wedged
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 1/2 - 3 Tbsp
honey
3/4 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1/8 -1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
black pepper
kosher
salt

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

Spray a non stick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except for the potatoes and salt.
2Brush each potato with half the mixture using a pastry brush. Place in oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
3Remove from oven and coat again with remaining mixture. Place back on oven and bake another 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and starting to caramelize.
4Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with kosher salt. Serve immediately.
