Homemade french fries are a guilty pleasure I allow my self every once in a while. This is not really a recipe,it's my method for making seasoned FF.Instead of frying twice,I cook them slightly then fry until crisp. Taste the seasoning mix,it should be slightly salty and spicy, that makes good fries! I often make garlic fries by adding minced fresh garlic and finely grated Parmesan cheese on the hot fries.DELICIOUS!! You can also cook these in a deep fryer.I usually pan fry them.
