Ingredients

3 lb
russet potatoes
1 1/2 c
half and half
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Peel potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place in a large pot and cover with water.

2Bring the water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain.

3Mash the potatoes well.

4Combine half and half, garlic and cheese. Pour into the potatoes. Stir to mix. Or you can use a mixer.
