Velvetta Macaroni and Cheese

This is a simple recipe that my family loves. They like to top it with BK seasoning which is a seasoned salt.

Ingredients

1 lb
macaroni, elbow
16 oz
velvetta cheese
1 c
milk or half and half
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
butter, softened

Step-By-Step

1I do this all in a non stick pot. I cook the Macaroni as directed on the package then I drain it and put back in pot. While it is still hot I cut up the Velvetta in pieces and stir into hot Macaroni and let melt. Then add the butter.
2Then I salt, pepper and add dry mustard. Once the cheese is melted I add the milk and stir it up. Simmer on low heat.
3We like to sprinkle with BK seasoning, or a seasoned salt.
