You can use 3 cups of coleslaw mix instead of the cabbage and carrot if you prefer.

Ingredients

3 c
finely shredded white cabbage
1 medium
carrot, peeled and shredded
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
vinegar
2 Tbsp
sugar or splenda
1/8 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
celery seed
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
buttermilk

Step-By-Step

1In a blender, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, sugar, salt celery seed and onion.

2Placw cabbage and carrot in large bowl. Toss to mix.

3Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture. Stir to coat well.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to blend.
