unsweetened, crushed pineapple
white bread, cubed
Drain pineapple and reserve 1 c. juice. Set both aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in flour then reserved pineapple and juice.
Gently fold in bread cubes.
Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly golden. Serve warm.
