Velveeta, broccoli and rice casserole

- 1 pkg
- 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 lb
- velveeta cheese
- 2 c
- cooked white rice
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- onion to taste
- chopped celery to taste
1cook broccoli according to package directions, and drain.
2add cheese, cooked rice and soup.
3add finely chopped onion and celery if you want them.
4Mix well and pour into a casserole dish.
5bake at 375 until bubbling on top.
