Pork & Bean Casserole (a.k.a. Mom's Baked Beans)

Mom never measured anything for this dish, it is a matter of taste. I have duplicated hers everytime just by watching her. My recipe is made in a 9x11 baking dish. You will have to adjust for a smaller dish.

Ingredients

plain pork & beans (enough to fit your dish)
3/4 c
packed brown sugar (or to your taste)
thumb size dollop of prepared mustard
1/2-3/4 c
chopped onion
2-3 Tbsp
ketchup
2-3 dash(es)
worchestershire sauce
bacon slices to cover entire dish

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix first 6 ingredients and taste. Adjust to your liking.

3Put mixture into dish and place bacon strips on top.

4Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes. ENJOY!
