Holiday Corn Casserole

My mom made this every Thanksgiving and soon we were having it every holiday (Christmas and Easter too). I have never found anyone who has not liked this reciped.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
eight ounce corn
1 c
sour cream (fat free does not work)
2 Tbsp
flour
6 slice
bacon
4 Tbsp
chopped onion

Step-By-Step

1Fry the bacon to desired state and crumble

2Keep the bacon grease and cook onion in the bacon grease until soft, blend in the flour

3Add sour cream gradually and stir until smooth, bring to a boil and add the corn

4Cook till heated through and fold in bacon

5Pour in baking dish and Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes or until bubbly

Top with parsley (optional)
