Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
potatoes
butter, milk , pepper, and salt to taste
2 medium
tomatoes sliced
1 small
onion sliced
1/2 stick
butter
4 slice
your favorite cheese i use amercian

Directions Step-By-Step

PEEL AND SLICE POTOTOES, COOK TILL DONE AND MAKE YOUR FAVORITE MASHED POTOTOES.

IN A GREASED CASSEROLE DISH ADD SLICE TOMATOES AND ONIONS AND BUTTER ON TOP OF STOVE HEAT TILL ONIONS ARE CLEAR. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

TAKE OFF STOVE AND ADD YOUR MASHED POTOTOES ON TOP OF THE TOMATOE AND ONION MIXTURE AND TOP WITH CHEESE.

BAKE IN A 350 OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES
