Preheat the oven to 350. Cook the frozen or fresh broccoli in 1 cup of water and butter until tender. Remove from heat, add the cheese whiz to the hot broccoli mixture and stir until well mixed. Mix the soups, rice and broccoli mixture until well blended. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
This dish can be mixed ahead and refrigerated to bake the next day.
