Baked Spinach in Cheese Casserole

This recipe was given to me many years ago by great friend, Joanne Fredberg when we both lived in Rockford,IL.

Ingredients

1-10 oz. pkg
frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1/4 c
flour
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
3
eggs, beaten
1-16 oz. pkg
cottage cheese
2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Blend by hand spinach, salt, pepper and flour.

Stir in rest.

Bake in buttered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
