Baked Spinach in Cheese Casserole
This recipe was given to me many years ago by great friend, Joanne Fredberg when we both lived in Rockford,IL.
- 1-10 oz. pkg
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1/4 c
- 1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten
- 1-16 oz. pkg
- cottage cheese
- 2 c
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1Blend by hand spinach, salt, pepper and flour.
2Stir in rest.
3Bake in buttered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
