Baked Beans

kidney beans
1 can(s)
lima beans
1 can(s)
pork and beans
1/2 lb
bacon, fried crisp
1 large
onion, diced
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
2 tsp
dry mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients in a 9X13 glass casserole. Bake at 350* until bubbly and no longer soupy. Mom likes them pretty dry, Daddy likes them soupy so I try for a happy compromise:-)
I also cook my own dried beans (except for the pork and beans) Use about 2 cups of beans for each can of beans called for. I also mix them up using black beans or pintos, etc. when that's what I have on hand. This tastes good with any bean, really.
