Spanish Rice the Easy Way

I needed an easy mexican rice side dish to go along with Kimi's Santa Fe Chicken Casserole. This is what I came up with using one of the new Philidelphia Cooking Creme's.

Ingredients

1/2 lb
italian sausage
1/4 lb
bacon, cut up
1/4
sweet red pepper, chopped
1 stick
celery, chopped
1
green onion, chopped
1 tsp
house seasoning (paula deen recipe)
1 tsp
taco seasoning
2 Tbsp
philadelphia cooking creme-savory garlic
1/4 c
tomato sauce
4 c
cooked rice (i prefer uncle ben's)

PAULA DEEN'S HOUSE SEASONING

1 c
salt
1/4 c
ground black pepper
1/4 c
garlic powder
combine and store in airtight container~makes 1 1/2 cups.

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown sausage, bacon, red pepper, celery and green onion.

Add seasonings, cooking creme & tomato sauce. Stir in cooked rice. Garnish with sour cream and sliced green onion.
