1Put all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Allow room for expansion.
2Cover with wax paper or a vented lid.
3Microwave at full power for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
4Microwave at 50 percent power for 15 minutes. Fluff with fork.
5Use this in any manner that you would use 'instant' rice.
