- uncooked converted rice (not instant)
- 1 1/4 c
- chicken broth
- 1 medium
- onion, chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste
1Saute onion in butter until translucent.
Mix all together in an oven-proof skillet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, uncovered.
2**sauted sliced mushrooms can also be added if desired
