Beat eggs with 1 teaspoon of the green onion and dash of salt.
Cook peas in simmering water for 1 min.
Heat wok over high heat, add oil. When oil is very hot, reduce heat and add the eggs. Lightly scramble. Add the rice before eggs are set. Increase heat, then stir to separate the grains of rice and break eggs into small pieces.
Add peas and rest of the green onion. Add desired seasonings. Stir constantly for 1 min.
