Ingredients

1 1/2 c
jasmine rice, uncooked
1 1/4 c
water
1 can(s)
(14oz) coconut milk
1 tsp
sugar
1 pinch
salt

Step-By-Step

1Rinse jasmine rice in a colander and cold water until water is no longer cloudy.

2In a sauce pan disolve the sugar and salt in the water. Stir in coconut milk and rice.

3Bring to a boil over medum heat. Cover and reduce heat and simmer 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
