Whipped Garlic Potatoes

- potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 - 3 oz pkg
- cream cheese
- 1 - 8 oz
- carton sour cream
- garlic powder to taste
1Boil potatoes as you would for mashed potatoes. Drain
2Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients adding garlic to desired taste.
3Spread into a greased casserole. Dot with margarine. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
4HINT: This is a wonderful make ahead recipe. You may need to bake longer if taking from the fridge to the oven.
This recipe works well with meats that do not make gravy. Example: Steak, pork chops, meatloaf etc.
