Sweet Potato Fries with sriracha & brown sugar
1Peel and slice potatoes into french fry size. Place in bowl and drizzle sriracha sauce over and rub well to completely coat potatoes.
2I made one potato and used a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar, use as much or little as you like. You can also add salt or black pepper if desired. Rub sugar onto potatoes.
3Place on greased baking sheet, you will probably want to use foil under the potatoes for easier clean up.
4Bake at 375° for 15 min, then flip and bake another 10-15.
