DirectionsIn baking dish, place sweet potatoes in dish. Open pineapple and maraschino cherries cans; reserve juice. Place pineapple and maraschino cherries on top of sweet potatoes in nice fashion.Place reserved juice into sauce pan. Combine cornstarch and brown sugar. Stir until corn starch is mixed smoothly. Cook on medium heat until thick. Pour juice mixture on top of sweet potato dish.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve while still warm.
