sweet potatoes (peeled, cooked, & mashed)
brown sugar, firmly packed
(optional) crushed walnuts
Preheat oven 375 degrees
Mold a small amount of sweet potatoes around each marshmallow, surrounding completely.
Roll covered marshmallow in crushed corn flakes (or if preferred, crushed corn flakes / crushed walnuts).
Place covered marshmallows in 9 X 13 pan.
In a saucepan, melt butter,brown sugar, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle mixture over covered marshmallows.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
