Ingredients

1 pkg
rich's frozen bread dough-thawed
1 lb
chopped corned beef
1 lb
cubed cooked potatoes
1 bunch
cabbage chopped
1/4 c
kerrygold butter or irish butter
1/2 c
shredded irish cheddar cheese- i use kerrygold
1/4 c
chopped onions
splash of irish whisky-or guinness beer
salt & pepper to taste
1
beaten egg mixed with heavy cream to top rolls

Directions Step-By-Step

1
In a large saute pan-melt butter

Set thawed bread dough aside according to package directions-and pre heat oven according to package directions.
2
Saute onion until golden, add potatoes and brown. Add cabbage and saute until wilted down. Of course, add a spalsh of irish whisky, or beer at this point.

Add in corned beef, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
3
Stuff corned beef mixture into small rounds of bread dough. I roll mine out about 4 inches in diameter.

Seal edges well. Brush with egg mixture and bake until golden and cooked through.
