These are better than Cracker Barrel's! And, it freezes very well.

Ingredients

32 oz
frozen shredded potatoes (hash browns)
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
sour cream
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c
bacon bits
1/4 c
bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Lightly grease 9 x 13" casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375.
2Mix frozen potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese until well combined. Turn into pan and top with bread crumbs and bacon bits.
3Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, until hot and top is browned.
