Ingredients

2 lb
red potatoes cut into wedges
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cut up potatoes and coat in olive oil.

2Spread on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Roast in a 450 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden.
