Ingredients

2 lb
ready to cook butter nut squash
1 Tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
unsalted butter

fresh sage leaves

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 425*. Add squash and potatoes if using. Add the olive oil and salt and pepper along with the butter, the sage and mix together. Roast for 15-20 minutes. Serve

2Can leave out the butter I use Smart Balance and leave the Olive Oil out of the recipe. That is just a diet preference. Either way it is very good
