cooked riced potatoes
uncooked grated potatoes
parsley, fresh, chopped, to taste
toasted bread crumbs
1Blend potaotes, eggs, onion & parsley. Stir in flour sifted with baking powder & salt; add more flour if needed.
2Drop by Tbsp into boiling salted water. Cook, covered, for 10 - 12 minutes; lift from water.
3Place in serving dish; top with butter & bread crumbs.
