Raw Potato Dumplings

|2 c||cooked riced potatoes|
|2 c||uncooked grated potatoes|
|2 large||eggs, beaten|
|1 small||onion, minced|
|parsley, fresh, chopped, to taste|
|1 Tbsp||baking powder|
|1/2 c||toasted bread crumbs|
Blend potaotes, eggs, onion & parsley. Stir in flour sifted with baking powder & salt; add more flour if needed.
Drop by Tbsp into boiling salted water. Cook, covered, for 10 - 12 minutes; lift from water.
Place in serving dish; top with butter & bread crumbs.
