This is the potato salad for the person who doesn't like a lot of egg in their salad. I love it and I like eggs but hubby doesn't.

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 lb
potatoes peeled and diced
2
hard boiled eggs peeled and diced fine
2 stalk(s)
celery diced fine
1/4 c
onion diced fine
1 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
salad dressing (miricle whip)
1 tsp
all spice such as mrs. dash
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook potatoes until done or almost done. Do not overcook. Let cool 15 minutes. Boil eggs 10 min. let cool in fridge while mixing other ingredients. Then peel and dice.

Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add diced eggs, tossing gently.
In another bowl mix all other ingredients. Then fold into potatoes.

Chill 30 minutes then serve.
