- potatoes shredded
- onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp
- seasoned salt
- 1 c
- flour, may need a little more if the mix is wet
- canola oil
- sour cream
1Peel the potatoes and shred them in a food processor.
2Peel the onion and finely chop in the food processor
3In a bowl mix the shredded potatoes, onion seasoned salt, eggs and flour.
4Make pancakes shapes out of the mixture
5Fry the pancake in the oil until golden brown, drain on a paper towel.
6Serve with the sour cream for dipping.
