flour, may need a little more if the mix is wet
Peel the potatoes and shred them in a food processor.
Peel the onion and finely chop in the food processor
In a bowl mix the shredded potatoes, onion seasoned salt, eggs and flour.
Make pancakes shapes out of the mixture
Fry the pancake in the oil until golden brown, drain on a paper towel.
Serve with the sour cream for dipping.
